Searching procedure [Records of different open-degree requests of different procedures, while that of domestic and foreign users differs as well.]

1) Access to open record

Domestic organizations and residents should bring such legal certifications as introduction letter or ID card, certificate of employment.

Foreign organizations and individuals should bring introduction letters of relevant authority or reception units, with the approval of us.

2) Access to un-open record

Domestic organizations and residents should hold introduction letters of their units. As for the special records, follow the relevant regulations of us.
